Swissquote, one of Switzerland’s top online banking and brokerage firms, has appointed Tara Yip as its Chief People Officer (CPO), a newly created role within its Executive Management team, effective January 1, 2025.
This move underscores Swissquote's commitment to a people-centric culture and enhanced employee engagement. Yip, who has led Human Resources since 2002, brings expertise in talent management and organizational integration, equipping her to drive Swissquote’s workforce strategy forward.
