Campbell MacPherson, a seasoned professional in the financial services sector with over 25 years of experience, has joined the London-based retail FX and CFDs broker, Capital.com, to head its Australian operations.
This appointment follows the recent naming of Rupert Osborne as CEO for Capital.com’s UK operations.

According to his LinkedIn profile, before joining Capital.com, Campbell served as Regional Director of Sales at FactSet for over two years. As a key member of the Pacific leadership team, he managed a high-performing team of account managers, expanding and servicing FactSet’s business across multiple asset classes.
From June 2019 to July 2021, Campbell was Strategic Advisor for Business Development at Caplin Systems, where he focused on Asian business strategy and relationship management. At BlackRock, he held the position of Vice President, Institutional Sales for iShares. Additionally, he was the Regional Manager for Europe at ASX from May 2004 to May 2007.
Campbell also dedicated more than five years to Thomson Reuters, taking on roles such as Sales Director for Sell-Side Accounts in the Pacific region, Senior Vice President and Global Business Director, and Head of FX Marketplaces for the Pacific. Early in his career, he spent approximately twelve years at Reuters.
With such an extensive background, Campbell MacPherson is well-positioned to lead Capital.com’s Australian operations and drive the company towards further success in the region.
