Exinity, the retail forex brokerage firm behind the Alpari and FXTM brands, has appointed Andrew Speakman as Senior Vice President of Business Development. The announcement was made via LinkedIn on Monday.
Andrew Speakman joins Exinity after a notable tenure at Hantec Markets, where he held various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Sales Director from October 2017 to June 2024. In this role, Speakman focused on identifying growth opportunities, strategic expansion, and managing global sales, with a particular emphasis on emerging markets.
His responsibilities at Hantec Markets included conducting market opportunity assessments, performing feasibility studies, and presenting business plans to the Chief Commercial Officer. He also oversaw the development and implementation of global sales strategies.
Before his role as Sales Director, Speakman was the Institutional FX Sales Manager from June 2013 to September 2017. During this period, he managed institutional client relationships, secured new clients, and administered the Currenex platform. His career at Hantec Markets began as a Client Liaison Officer from October 2011 to June 2013, where he handled retail client relationships, client communications, and performed technical and fundamental analysis.
